3. “Build a Quote” Tool
   Quotes generated through our online tools are estimates based on the information you provide. They do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing and specifications will be confirmed upon direct consultation with a YLD representative or authorized dealer.
4. Product Warranties
   Specific warranty terms (such as our 2-year full replacement warranty on electric fans) are governed by the formal sales agreement provided at the time of purchase and are not fully defined by the general descriptions on this Site.
5. Limitation of Liability
   YLD is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this Site or the reliance on its content. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in the quote tool or temporary site downtime.
